Recently, the Sawing Technology Academy entered Zhejiang Juli Special Material Co., Ltd. to conduct empowerment training and on-site sawing practice for the customer's current sawing difficulties. Li Wenqing, the training instructor of Bichamp Sawing Academy, was invited to give a lecture, and 36 workers from the customer workshops attended the training.

The training focused on the theoretical course of product operation such as "sawing machine inspection-13-point method" and "common problems and causes analysis of band saw blade use” and combined with the actual situation of the sawing site, exchange of practical skills in the sawing process. With his rich experience, solid professional knowledge, and deep understanding of the company's products, Mr. Li's easy-to-understand explanation gave everyone a more comprehensive understanding of the performance characteristics of the band saw blade products, the use of methods, precautions, and so on. At the sawing site, Mr. Li explained the sawing parameters according to the characteristics and shape of the material to be sawed. He gave on-site guidance on the inspection and replacement methods of the main wearing parts of the saw.
