The Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology recently released the "2020 Hunan Green Factory, Green Park Area, Green Design Products List" public announcement. This list released Hunan Province Green Manufacturing System Demonstration Units for 2020, including 21 green factories, six green park areas, and 16 green design products.  Bichamp New Material Technology（Hunan） Co., Ltd was awarded the "Green Factory" in Hunan Province.

Bichamp has built an energy management center in the development process, seriously carried out various energy-saving and emission reduction work, adopted advanced and applicable clean production technology and efficient end treatment equipment, eliminated backward equipment, and boosted production and manufacturing with green energy. Bichamp In wastewater treatment, solid waste disposal, noise control, dust treatment, and other aspects in strict accordance with national laws and regulations and local regulations, to achieve intensive plant, harmless raw materials, clean production, waste resources, low-carbon energy, with practical action to help environmental protection and energy conservation and emission reduction. The company's total pollutant emission rate has always been 100%, achieving sustainable and healthy green development.

It is worth mentioning that in March 2018, Bichamp responded to the national call to develop clean energy construction by using 38,800 square meters of new roofs of existing plants, office buildings, canteens, and dormitories to arrange polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic panels for solar photovoltaic power generation and grid connection, with a power generation scale of 2.6554MWp and an annual solar power generation of about 2 million degrees.

Regarding technological innovation, Bichamp also places green priority in a prominent position. The company has built and used the third-generation automated production line operating system. Compared with the traditional process, production time, land utilization, and production energy consumption significantly improved, heat treatment time was shortened by more than 80%, energy consumption was reduced by more than 40%, the floor space was reduced by more than 90%.

The "Green Factory" award in Hunan Province affirms and recognizes Bichamp's insistence on green production and manufacturing.
